We are delighted to offer our customers free UPS express delivery, and pre-paid Royal Mail returns for UK customers. The shipping cost for standard delivery will automatically be deducted from your order, when you spend over a certain amount. HOW TO RECEIVE FREE UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY: UK Customers – spend £50 or more Please note free delivery is unavailable for larger items. DELIVERY FOR UK & INTERNATIONANL ORDERS UK EXPRESS (UPS next day Delivery – £6 ) For next working day delivery, you must place your order before 12pm Monday – Friday (GMT). If your order is placed after the midday deadline, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note, for customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, allow within 2 working days from dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch. INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS (£20) Non-EU international orders are shipped securely via UPS Express Saver*. Allow up to 4 working days for delivery from dispatch (EU countries – up to 2 working days) . All deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch. * Please note that the express service is not available to the Russian Federation. Returns & Exchange
While we hope that you are happy with your order, we want to give you a hassle-free returns experience. So, you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. RETURNS FROM UK Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate the return or exchange processes. Please note that we don’t offer free return for sale items. RETURNS FROM EU, USA, SOUTH KOREA & REST OF WORLD Please note postage costs will be incurred. We recommend you return items via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. We handle each query on an individual basis. Follow the steps outlined in our returns policy and our customer service team will be on hand to help.
Shipping With Us
Because we are an authorised online stockist for the brands we carry, you can be sure that every item we sell is 100% genuine. Your purchase will be dispatched in its original brand packaging (including all tags, dust bags and boxes, if applicable).
If you have received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, it is on its way to you. The parcel can be tracked using the link provided in your dispatch email. Any international orders should be delivered within five working days from the dispatch date. If you have not received a dispatch email and more than five working days have passed since you placed an order, please get in touch with us and we will investigate this as soon as we can.
We will send you an email straight away to acknowledge your order. Please note that your order is subject to approval by your card issuer or payment provider and we will also need to verify your delivery address. Once your order has been accepted by us, you will receive a dispatch email as soon as the item is ready and on its way to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, you can return an order to us within 14 days by following the return instructions included in your parcel. All shipping costs will be reimbursed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
Each item will come wrapped in Le Wardrobe branded packaging. Please note: it may not be possible to wrap larger items. For an extra-special touch, you can opt to have your order gift wrapped. It will arrive encased in luxury tissue paper inside a ribbon-tie signature Le Wardrobe box.
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. For details please read the Le Wardrobe Policy. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Please note that we do not keep your credit card details online and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the user’s qualifications and to bill the user for products.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select the size you require and click ‘Add to Bag’. You can continue shopping and adding items to your ‘Shopping Bag’ or go straight to ‘Checkout’. Once you are happy with the items and ready to purchase, click ‘Shopping Bag’. Enter your details to complete your purchase.
You can look for an item by using the ‘Search’ box at the top of our website. Alternatively you can filter by department or category using the tabs at the top of our website.
It is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go into sale. As a result we are unable to refund the difference if an item goes down in price after you have made a purchase.
Seasonal sales take place at various times throughout the year. Click on the ‘Sale’ tab on our top navigation bar to visit our year-round sale department. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our sale prices will be equal to, or less than, discounts at offline boutiques. We also cannot guarantee that items will still be available for purchase late in the season.
