Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
REturns
Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and brand labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping charges you paid when you placed your order.
We don't offer free returns. Postage costs will be incurred. We recommend you return items via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. For orders that qualify for refund, please note that a restocking fee (£15.00) per order will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This fee covers the cost for shipping and/or handling that had incurred to us in processing your orders.
